December 19 - 22, 2009 Here's a nice note from our recent December guest! The on-demand water heater pilot must have been blown out during the winter storm, but we got it lit for them in the morning. The house has a two-stage water heating system. The 50-gallon preheat tank warms the water to about 95 degrees, and the on-demand heater heats it to about 120 degrees as needed. Normally, the house never runs out of hot water!
August 27 - 31, 2009 This guest gave us a "Very Good" overall rating, but that's all he had to say!
August 8 - 15, 2009 "Excellent" convenience of booking and accuracy of information received. "Very Good" in all other categories. Regarding this guests' suggestions, we've replaced the ballast in the downstairs bathroom light fixture and the pool cue.
July 12 - 19, 2009 Here's a nice note from a summer-time guest who stayed for a week.
July 1 - 11, 2009 This 17-year repeat guest is always very happy to let us know where we need to improve. We had just exterminated before their stay, but nevertheless the did find one "uninvited" guest in the house.

February 13 - 16, 2009 "Excellent" Value Versus Price, and "Very Good" Overall Rating! "We had a great time, the house was *very* cozy and comfortable - Thank you!"
January 28, 2009 - February 1, 2009 "Excellent" rating in all categories! In a separate note, these guests wrote "We certainly enjoyed our stay at 'TahoeTarns'. Everything was perfect - We enjoyed the bubbly spa, excellent appliances, roominess - and downstairs was perfect for Daniel [almost one year old] to toddle about.".
