Douglas County VHR Permit DP18-0317 Requirements

During your stay with us at Lake Tahoe, please be cognizant of the following requirements of the Douglas County permit for the TahoeTarns vacation home rental:

• Maximum occupancy 20 daytime and 10 overnight guests
• Maximum 4 vehicles (2 in garage; 2 in front of house and off street)
• Parking placards issued by TahoeTarns must be displayed on driver's side dashboard of each vehicle
• Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM daily

These permit requirements will be strictly enforced by Douglas County and failure to abide by them may result in a citation and fine of $500.
